In many cases, yes — provided the hosting meets the requirements for your website or store. If it does not, we will explain why and recommend an alternative before any change is made. Nothing is migrated without your approval.
You send your request through your dedicated project manager. Your package sets how many requests are handled at a time (for example, 5 at a time on Premium, unlimited on Custom). We confirm each request, complete it, and let you know when it is done.
The packages above are one-time website packages. Ongoing care plans — continued updates, backups, monitoring tasks and content changes — are quoted per scope after we understand your site and how much support you need. Ask for a quote and we will tailor it.
